Where is VSP located? How do I get there?

How far from the Bob Hope Airport (BUR) is VSP and when should I arrive?

A

VSP is literally right across the street from the Bob Hope Airport, which is about a 2 minute shuttle ride. We request arrival at VSP only 5 minutes before you are required to arrive at the airport for your flight as our shuttles run every 3 minutes. Most airlines suggest you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. If in doubt, check with your airline.

Q

I’ve arrived back into Burbank (BUR) from my trip, how do I get back to my car?

A

When you arrive back into Burbank, please return to the tram stop labeled “OFF AIRPORT PARKING SHUTTLES” where we dropped you off. We only have 1 tram stop, and it is located 1 island in from the terminals, directly in front of terminal B. If there is not a VSP shuttle already waiting there, pick up the courtesy phone located at the tram stop, dial ”1”, and let the answering attendant know that you need a shuttle. Within a couple of minutes a shuttle will pull up, the driver will load your bags on to the shuttle if you desire, and will return you to VSP.

What are VSP’s hours of operation?

A

VSP is open 365 days a year. We open everyday at 5 A.M. and close at midnight Sunday through Friday, and at 11:30 P.M. on Saturday. If any flight landing at the Bob Hope Airport is delayed past midnight, VSP will stay open an additional 30 minutes after the flight has landed into the Burbank Airport ONLY. You may call us at (818) 842-9338 or (800)2 PARK IT to make us aware, so we can be here when you land. Unfortunately we are not alerted when flights are diverted to other airports, so if this is the case, please call us to find out how late we will be open, and if other arrangements can be made.

What are VSP’s parking rates?

A

Regular daily rooftop rates are $13/day, daily surface parking rates are $15/day, and daily indoor rates are $22/day. You may also save $3/day off our regular maximum daily indoor and outdoor rates by joining CLUB VSP, our frequent traveler program.

How do I cancel my reservation?

A

Free general and CLUB VSP member reservations through our website can be cancelled or changed any time. Please email at reservations@vspparking.com or call us at (818) 842-9338 and let us know if you need to make any changes.

What other services does VSP offer?

A

VSP offers car washing, waxing, detailing, window tinting, and "paint-less" ding/dent removal. Please visit our CAR CARE SERVICES page to get pricing and more detailed information about scheduling these services.

What if I have a dead battery or flat tire upon my return?

A

VSP provides free battery jump-starts and air to fill your tires.

How long can I leave my vehicle at VSP?

A

You can leave your vehicle as long as you wish. However, if you plan to leave your vehicle for longer than 30 days, you will need to make arrangements with us in advance, so we would not need to report as possible stolen or abandoned vehicle to the proper authorities.

How safe is the VSP facility?

A

We have staff on duty from 5 A.M. to midnight every day, along with video surveillance cameras and a security gate with monitored access. From midnight to 5 A.M., our lot is securely locked with preventative wire on the top of our fencing/walls surrounding the perimeter of our property.

Does VSP have a frequent parking club?

A

Does VSP offer discounted rates to corporate accounts?

A

Yes, in addition to individual CLUB VSP memberships, we also offer CLUB VSP Corporate memberships. The membership benefits are exactly the same as an individual CLUB VSP membership, but you may have up to 10 members on one CLUB VSP Corporate membership. Does VSP have a lost and found?

A

Yes, and all lost & found articles are held in safe keeping. Please call (818) 842-9338 or email us at info@vspparking.com to inquire about any lost items.

Can I park vans, trucks and oversized vehicles at VSP?

A

Occasionally we can accommodate vehicles that are oversized in our surface parking area. There may be an additional fee depending on whether extra parking spaces are required to fit the vehicle.  RV's and trailers are not allowed.
